With a wide range of roofing systems and materials to choose from nowadays, we have trained professionals that have the knowledge and experience to provide you with the best roofing solutions for your commercial property. Some of the commercial roofing services our trained specialists offer are:

Flat Roofs:

there are three main types: built up roof, spray on roofs and single-ply flat roofing, the latter which is currently the most common. The materials used for this style are: EPDM rubber roofing or TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roofing and it is installed by mechanically fastening or fully adhering/gluing.

Tile Roofs:

most roof tiles are made out of concrete or clay and are designed to keep out the rain and are also known to be fire and impact resistant. Two common styles of this are: flat tiles and mission or barrel tiles. Flat tiles are the simplest and are installed in regular overlapping rows. Mission or Barrel tiles are semi-cylindrical and installed in alternating columns of convex or concave tiles.

Metal Roofs:

great option for steep slope or pitched roofs and are fire, wind and impact resistant. Metal roofs come in a variety of materials such as: copper, stainless steel, galvanized steel, stone coated steel, aluminum and pre-baked on finishes. They are usually installed like a large puzzle creating clean lines making it architecturally appealing.

Foam Roofs:

Spray foam roofing is a two-part protection sprayed directly onto the rooftop and afterward covered with either acrylic or urethane coating and a fine layer of sand and crushed stones. Urethane foam is a material which functions as both structural insulation and waterproofing. Due to Arizona’s excess sunlight and heat, it is important to provide proper maintenance to this material as it could gradually disintegrate or “vanish” the foam over time. Foam coatings or coverings will also protect urethane foam against sunlight (UV) deterioration and water/physical damage. Our team of experts know how to properly complete coating and the maintenance for recoats ensuring you the best service for your foam roofing systems.
